Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancellations, substitution requests and refunds must be submitted in writing, faxed to 713-840-8585 or e-mailed to acooper@hartenergy.com. Substitute conference registrations can be made in advance with no penalty. Absolutely no refunds for cancellations made after March 1, 2011. A refund will be issued, less a $250 cancellation fee for cancellations made after February 15 and before March 1. A refund will be issued, less a $75 cancellation fee for cancellations made before February 15. No cancellations will be accepted by telephone, please.
