Steve Antry, CEO, Eagle Energy Co. of Oklahoma LLC

Steve Antry is chief executive officer of Tulsa, Okla.-based Eagle Energy of Oklahoma LLC, which holds acreage over both the Mississippian and Hunton limestone plays in northwestern Oklahoma. A third-generation Midcontinent asset-builder, Antry was founder of publicly held Beta Oil & Gas Inc., which became the public platform for Petrohawk Energy Corp. in 2004 in a reverse merger. At the time, Beta was operating approximately 400 wells, predominantly in Oklahoma and Louisiana. Prior to founding Eagle and Beta, Antry was with Benton Oil & Gas Co. (now part of Harvest Resources), Swift Energy and Nerco Oil & Gas. He received his BBA and MBA with an emphasis in finance from Texas Christian University.

Stephen Bull, VP, U.S. Onshore, Statoil ASA

Stephen Bull is a Vice President in Statoil’s US Onshore business area. Statoil entered US shale in 2008 with the Chesapeake Energy joint venture in the Marcellus. In 2010, Statoil expanded into the Eagle Ford with Talisman Energy. In December 2011, Statoil acquired Brigham Exploration in the Bakken play, which is Statoil’s first US shale operated asset. Stephen Bull has worked with all Statoil’s shale assets as the VP for Commercial. Based in Austin, TX Stephen’s current role is to manage the integration of Brigham Exploration into Statoil. His previous positions in Statoil included Head of Strategy, Corporate Risk Manager, and Head of Oil Market Analysis after starting out in investment banking for JP Morgan in London. He holds an MSc in Politics and Economics from the London School of Economics, UK.

David Hill, VP, Natural Gas Economy Operations, Encana

As Vice President, Natural Gas Economy Operations at Encana, David works externally and internally to increase the use of natural gas in the power generation and transportation sector through advocacy, strategic partnerships and building infrastructure to enable market development and acceptance. He is also the Natural Gas Vehicle Drive Project champion. He joined Encana in November 2002 and has more than 25 years of diversified experience in the oil and natural gas industry.

He has a Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering from Marietta College and an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. David and his wife have four children and reside in Denver.

Wolf E. Regener, President and CEO, BNK Petroleum, Inc.

Mr. Regener brings over 24 years of conventional and unconventional E&P experience to BNK Petroleum. In his role as Executive Vice President of Bankers Petroleum, and President of it's wholly-owned subsidiary Bankers Petroleum (US), Mr. Regener was instrumental in the formation of BNK Petroleum, and it's subsequent spin-off. His career also includes key senior executive positions with Tartan Energy, Alanmar Energy, and R&R Resources. With an extensive operations and finance background, Mr. Regener has been at the forefront of BNK Petroleum's acquisition of unconventional gas projects on an international scale. He holds a Business of Economics degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and has served on the Board of Directors of the California Independent Petroleum Association for over fifteen years.

Peter Robertson, Senior Advisor, Oil and Gas Group, Deloitte LLP, and Former Vice Chairman, Chevron Corp.

Peter J. Robertson serves as an Independent Senior Advisor to the Oil & Gas group of Deloitte LLP. As the former vice chairman of the board of directors of Chevron Corporation, Peter has over 40 years of industry experience and advises Deloitte’s oil and gas leadership on the critical issues facing the industry. An internationally recognized executive known for his pragmatic leadership style and deep integrity, Peter spent 36 years at Chevron, serving in a variety of leadership positions, including seven years as vice chairman of the board of directors of Chevron Corporation. As vice chairman he had a wide variety of responsibilities including direction of the company’s worldwide exploration, production and global gas businesses; corporate strategic planning; policy, government and public affairs; corporate human resources; security; and compliance.

A native of Edinburgh, Scotland, Peter earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at Edinburgh University, and is the recipient of a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School, where he attended as a Thouron Scholar.

Scott Sheffield, Chairman and CEO, Pioneer Natural Resources

Scott Sheffield, a distinguished graduate of The University of Texas with a BS in Petroleum Engineering, is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pioneer Natural Resources Company. In 1979, Scott became the fifth employee of Parker & Parsley Petroleum Company in Midland, Texas, where he was the sole staff engineer. By 1991 he was Chairman and CEO of Parker & Parsley and under Scott's leadership, Parker & Parsley merged with MESA, Inc. in 1997 to form Pioneer. Today, Pioneer is a large independent E&P company with an enterprise value of more than $9 billion. Scott serves on the boards of the National Petroleum Council and the Maguire Energy Institute of the SMU Cox School of Business.

Frank F. Starr II, President, Crimson Energy Partners III LLC

Frank Starr is president of horizontal Woodbine-play operator Crimson Energy Partners III LLC. Backed by private-equity firm SW Capital Partners LP, Crimson III was launched in 2009 specifically to focus on East Texas oil-rich targets. Starr's Crimson team divested its South Texas-focused Crimson I and its 160 Bcfe of proved reserves in 2004 and, in 2008, sold its Crimson II assets that were focused in the same area. Starr's more than 25 years of experience in E&P operations, reservoir engineering, acquisitions and management includes 17 years with Union Pacific Resources, working Texas, California, the Midcontinent and the Rockies. He earned a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

John Staub, Team Leader, Exploration and Production Team, Office of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels Analysis, U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA), U.S. Department of Energy

John Staub is the Team Lead for Exploration and Production in the Office of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels Analysis at the U.S. Energy Information Administration. John leads analysis of domestic and international petroleum and natural gas resources and production for both short and long-term outlooks. He has authored EIA’s long-term international liquids supply projections in both the International Energy Outlook and Annual Energy Outlook. The projections are developed from detailed analysis and monitoring of worldwide resource availability and near-term additions to oil production capacity. He is also involved in developing oil price scenarios and analyzing the interaction of supply and demand for liquid fuels.

In 2002, John began his career as a Presidential Management Fellow in the Department of Energy’s Office of Policy and International Affairs, and has served detail assignments at the White House Council of Economic Advisers and the International Energy Agency (IEA). His work at the IEA was focused on international transportation, which is the single largest demand sector for liquid fuels. John earned a B.A. in physics and philosophy from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN and an M.P.P. from the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy.

Brandt O. Temple, President, Sunrise Exploration and Production

Brandt Temple is president and founder of privately-held Sunrise Exploration & Production. Based in New Orleans, Sunrise is pioneering the emerging liquids-rich Cretaceous Lower Sunniland shale play in the South Florida Basin, which is the source rock for more than 120 million barrels of vertical oil production from Upper Sunniland. Previously, Temple worked offshore GOM with Texaco and Hess from 1996-2003, before taking over as exploration VP, Appalachian Basin, for Whitmar Exploration from 2003-2010. There he generated and developed 350,000 acres of early leasehold positions across 10 prospects in the Marcellus and Utica formations in New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio, which were then sold or joint-ventured to XTO Energy, Encana Corp., Anschutz Exploration Corp., Carrizo O&G, and Stone Energy Corp. A native of East Syracuse, NY, Brandt earned a B.S. in Geology at St. Lawrence University as a President's Scholar, and he graduated Louisiana State University with honors and a M.S. in Geophysics.

Robert C. Turnham, President and COO, Goodrich Petroleum Corp.

Rob Turnham is president and chief operating officer of Goodrich Petroleum Corp., which is among operators such as Devon Energy Corp. and Encana Corp. that are attempting to horizontally produce the Tuscaloosa Marine Shale’s vast bounty of oil commercially. Goodrich began his career in the oil and gas industry in 1981. Prior to joining Goodrich, which also operates successfully in the Eagle Ford, Buda and Haynesville plays, in 1995, Turnham was president of Liberty Production Co., founder of Turnham Investments Inc. and a financial analyst for Pennzoil.

Floyd C. Wilson, Chairman, CEO and President, Halcon Resources, former Chairman and CEO, Petrohawk Energy

Floyd Wilson is the chairman and CEO of Halcon Resources corp., which recently made a major investment in publicly held RAM Energy Resources Inc., and changed its name to Halcon. Wilson founded Petrohawk Energy Corp. in 2004 with private-equity backing of EnCap Investments LP and management, taking it in seven years to a $15.1-billion sale to BHP Billiton Ltd. Petrohawk had grown to 3.4 Tcfe of proved reserves, primarily in unconventional-resource plays the Haynesville, Eagle Ford and emerging Bone Spring and Wolfcamp in the Permian Basin. Prior to founding Petrohawk, Wilson grew Hugoton Energy Corp. and 3Tec Energy Corp., which were sold to Chesapeake Energy Corp.
